Our First Charity Run: A Huge Success, Thanks to You! 🥰
As we braved the snow on Sunday morning to set up our little gazebo, we never imagined how many of you would join us. But when the event kicked off at 10 am, we were absolutely overwhelmed – 35 runners, ready to set off together through the winter wonderland. The cold? Quickly forgotten, thanks to everyone’s energy and motivation.
It was especially heartwarming to see so many familiar faces – and at the same time to meet new, wonderful people. The route was challenging, made even slipperier by the wintery conditions. But no one let that dampen their spirits. The atmosphere? Simply fantastic!
One of the highlights was running together: after a short break with hot punch, people kept grouping up to head back out on the trail. Conversations were sparked, new connections were made, and real bonds were formed.
But it wasn’t just the run that was a success – we also achieved our goal of doing some good. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised an astonishing €1,195.00! This money will go directly towards reforestation efforts, and we can’t wait to plant the first trees.
