If you contact us via WhatsApp in connection with a specific transaction (for example, an order you have placed), we will save and use the mobile phone number you use with WhatsApp and - if provided - your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b. By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. We store your IP address entered by your Internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data we collect when you register for our email notification service for product availability is used strictly for the intended purpose.

9.6 Use of payment service providers (payment services)
- Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method “Apple Pay” from Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment will be processed using the “Apple Pay” function on your iOS, watchOS or macOS device by charging a payment card stored with “Apple Pay”. Apple Pay uses security functions that are integrated into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. To authorize a payment, you must enter a code previously specified by you and verify it using the “Face ID” or “Touch ID” function of your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provided during the ordering process, along with information about your order, will be passed on to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay to carry out the payment. Encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the source website to confirm the payment was successful.
If personal data is processed during the transmissions described, the processing is carried out solely for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of GDPR.
Apple stores anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. Anonymization completely excludes any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve "Apple Pay" and other Apple products and services.
If you use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase that you made using Safari on your Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate via an encrypted channel on Apple servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can be used to identify you personally. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone settings. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and disable "Allow payments on Mac".
For more information about Apple Pay privacy, please visit the following website address: https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027
- Google Pay
If you choose the payment method “Google Pay” from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), the payment will be processed via the “Google Pay” application on your mobile device running at least Android 4.4 (“KitKat”) and having an NFC function by charging a payment card stored with Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). To authorize a payment via Google Pay of more than €25, your mobile device must first be unlocked using the verification measure set up in each case (e.g. facial recognition, password, fingerprint or pattern).
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provided during the ordering process, along with information about your order, will be passed on to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a unique transaction number to the source website, which is used to verify a payment. This transaction number does not contain any information about the real payment data of your payment method stored with Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a one-time valid numeric token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google acts only as an intermediary to process the payment process. The transaction is carried out exclusively in the relationship between the user and the source website by charging the payment method stored with Google Pay.
If personal data is processed during the transmissions described, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Google reserves the right to collect, store and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for each transaction made via Google Pay. This includes the date, time and amount of the transaction, the merchant location and description, a description of the goods or services purchased provided by the merchant, photos that you have attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or the sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description of the reason for the transaction and, if applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in proper accounting, the verification of transaction data and the optimization and maintenance of the functionality of the Google Pay service.
Google also reserves the right to combine the processed transaction data with other information that is collected and stored by Google when using other Google services.

Google uses the information collected on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for us, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. The shortened IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. The data collected when using Google Analytics 4 is stored for a period of two months and then deleted.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies on the device used, only takes place if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR.
Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your visit to the site. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please deactivate this service using the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google that ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
Further legal information on Google Analytics 4 can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Demographic characteristics
Google Analytics 4 uses the special "demographic characteristics" function and can use it to create statistics that make statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This is done by analyzing advertising and information from third parties. This enables target groups to be identified for marketing activities. However, the data collected cannot be assigned to a specific person and is deleted after being stored for a period of two months.
Google Signals
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, Google Signals can be used on this website to create cross-device reports. If you have activated personalized ads and have linked your devices to your Google account, Google can analyze your usage behavior across devices and create database models, including for cross-device conversions, subject to your consent to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. We do not receive any personal data from Google, only statistics. If you want to stop cross-device analysis, you can deactivate the "Personalized Advertising" function in the settings of your Google account. To do so, follow the instructions on this page: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de For more information about Google Signals, see the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7532985?hl=de

If you have consented to the use of Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, have set up an account on this website and log in to this account on different devices, your activities, including conversions, can be analyzed across devices.

11.3 Google Tag Manager
This website uses the "Google Tag Manager", a service provided by the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter: "Google").
The Google Tag Manager provides a technical basis for bundling various web applications, including tracking and analysis services, and calibrating, controlling and making them conditional via a uniform user interface. The Google Tag Manager itself does not store or read information on user devices. The service also does not carry out any independent data analyses. However, when you access a page, the Google Tag Manager transmits your IP address to Google and stores it there if necessary. Transmission to servers of Google LLC in the USA is also possible.
This processing will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, Google Tag Manager will not be used during your visit to the site. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

12) Retargeting/remarketing and conversion tracking
12.1 Meta Pixel with extended data matching
Within our online offering, we use the "Meta Pixel" service from the following provider in extended data matching mode: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta")
If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us on Facebook or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter using "Meta Pixel". This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser after redirection by a cookie that our linked site itself sets. In addition, this cookie records specific customer data such as the email address that we collect on our website linked to the Facebook or Instagram ad during transactions such as purchases, account registrations or registrations (extended data matching). The cookie is then read and enables the data, including the specific customer data, to be transmitted to Meta.
We use "Meta Pixel" with extended data matching to make our advertisements (so-called "ads") on Facebook and/or Instagram more effective and to ensure that they correspond to the interests of users or have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined based on the websites visited) that we transmit to Meta (so-called "custom audiences").
In addition, we analyze the effectiveness of our advertisements by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement (conversion). Compared to the standard version of "Meta Pixel", the extended data matching function helps us to better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by recording more associated conversions.
All transmitted data is stored and processed by Meta so that it can be assigned to the respective user profile and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Meta's data usage guidelines (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data can enable Meta and its partners to place ads on and outside of Facebook.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
The information generated by Meta is usually transferred to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, it may also be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc. servers in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
12.2 Google Ads conversion tracking without cookies
This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, as part of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").
We use the Google Ads service to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites using advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
This website uses Google Ads Conversion Tracking exclusively without the use of cookies, which means that the service never places cookies on your device.
Instead, the local storage of your browser is used to store an individual ID assigned by Google, which enables an analysis of your use of the website. For this purpose, certain user information is processed via the ID.
The ID is set when a user clicks on an Ads ad placed by Google. If the user visits certain pages of this website, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked via the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained in this way is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag.
However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. When using Google Ads, personal data may also be transmitted to Google LLC servers in the USA. Details on the processing initiated by Google Ads Conversion Tracking and how Google handles data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
If the information collected is personal, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the success of our advertising campaigns.
Google's privacy policy can be viewed here: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
12.3 Google Marketing Platform
This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("GMP").
GMP uses cookies to display ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. In addition, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a GMP ad and later visits the advertiser's website using the same browser and purchases something through that website. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server.
We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you as follows according to our current level of knowledge: By integrating GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and save your IP address. When using GMP, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
The data protection provisions of GMP by Google can be found here: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Data can also be transmitted to: Google LLC., USA
When you access a page on our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to the provider's servers in order to load the plug-in. Certain information, including your IP address, is transmitted to the provider.
If the playback of embedded videos is started via the plug-in, the provider also uses cookies to collect information about user behavior, create playback statistics and prevent abusive behavior.
If you are logged into a user account with the provider during your visit to the site, your data will be assigned directly to your account when you click on a video. If you do not want to be assigned to your account, you must log out before pressing the play button.
All of the aforementioned processing, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, only takes place if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. 13.2 Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts from the following provider for the uniform display of fonts: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly and establishes a direct connection to the provider's servers. Certain browser information, including your IP address, is transmitted to the provider.
Data can also be transmitted to: Google LLC, USA
The processing of personal data in the course of establishing a connection with the provider of the fonts will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service using the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
13.3 Google reCAPTCHA
On this website we use the CAPTCHA service of the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
Data may also be transmitted to: Google LLC, USA. The provider uses "Google Fonts", i.e. fonts downloaded from the Internet by Google, for the visual design of the Captcha window. No further information other than that mentioned above, which is already transmitted to Google via the ReCaptcha functionality, is processed here.
The service checks whether an entry is made by a natural person or abusively by machine and automated processing, and blocks spam, DDoS attacks and similar automated malicious access. To ensure that an action is carried out by a human and not by an automated bot, the provider collects the IP address of the end device used, identification data of the browser and operating system type used, as well as the date and duration of the visit and transmits these to the provider's servers for evaluation.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in determining individual responsibility on the Internet and avoiding misuse and spam in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
14) Tools and Others
Cookie Consent Tool
This website uses a so-called "Cookie Consent Tool" to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications that require consent. The "Cookie Consent Tool" is displayed to users when they visit the page in the form of an interactive user interface on which consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by ticking the boxes. By using the tool, all cookies/services that require consent are only loaded if the respective user gives their consent by ticking the corresponding box. This ensures that such cookies are only placed on the user's respective device if consent has been given.
The tool sets technically necessary cookies to save your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed here.
If, in individual cases, personal data (such as the IP address) is processed for the purpose of storing, assigning or logging cookie settings, this is done in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in legally compliant, user-specific and user-friendly consent management for cookies and thus in a legally compliant design of our website.
Another legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. As the responsible party, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user consent.
Where necessary, we have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of the data of our site visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
You can find further information about the operator and the setting options of the cookie consent tool directly in the corresponding user interface on our website.

IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF OBJECTION, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES.

You can unsubscribe from availability notifications at any time by sending a corresponding message to the person responsible named above. After unsubscribing, your email address will be immediately deleted from our mailing list unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data in any other way that is permitted by law and about which we will inform you in this declaration.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

The duration of storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and - if applicable - also by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law).
When personal data is processed on the basis of an express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, the data concerned will be stored until you revoke your consent.

Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this declaration on specific processing situations, stored personal data will be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
